Privacy Policy
those.kr (“the Site”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws, and processes personal information only as far as necessary. The Site can be used without an account, and personal information is processed only in the cases below.
1. Information we process and why

The contact form only collects what you enter and agree to send. Information is deleted automatically once its retention period ends.
2. What we do not store
- Tool usage: the timer, stopwatch and date and time calculators run only in your browser. Your input is never sent to or stored on our server.
- IP lookup: your IP and any IP or domain you look up are resolved with a local location database (DB-IP Lite) and are not stored separately, although the request URL may appear in the server access logs above.
- Ad statistics: ad impressions and clicks are counted only as numbers per day, ad and position. No IP address or other identifying information is stored. To filter repeated clicks from the same IP, the address is used briefly in server memory and is not saved.
3. Browser storage (cookies)
The Site does not use tracking cookies. For convenience, it stores only your chosen language and the cities you added to the world clock in your browser’s local storage. This data is never sent to our server, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not share personal information with third parties or outsource its processing, except where required by law (for example, a lawful request from investigative authorities).
5. Third-party services
- Some ads may be shown as YouTube or Vimeo videos; those services may process information under their own policies.
- Clicking an ad opens the advertiser’s website, which is governed by that site’s own privacy policy.
6. Deletion
Information past its retention period is removed from our database automatically every day in a way that cannot be recovered. Server access logs are deleted automatically when their period ends.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of the information in messages you sent. Send your request through the contact form and we will handle it without delay. We may reply to the email address used in your original message to confirm it is you.
8. Security measures
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only administrators can access personal information; admin accounts are protected with hashed passwords and access limits.
- We collect only the minimum necessary and delete it when the retention period ends.

10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post a notice on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
